At ICCVS, we provide opportunities for students at all levels—high school, undergraduate, and PhD—to engage in scientific research. Whether through our structured PhD programme or voluntary work in our laboratories, we aim to foster a collaborative and inspiring environment for learning and discovery.
Our PhD programme is led by senior researchers committed to delivering flexible, research-led training. PhD candidates are enrolled in the Intercollegiate Biotechnology Doctoral School of University of Gdańsk and Medical University of Gdańsk, gaining both academic and industry-relevant skills.
Beyond formal education, we offer high school and university students the chance to explore scientific work through voluntary research opportunities in our labs. These experiences help develop technical skills, critical thinking, and a deeper understanding of real-world scientific challenges.
We strongly encourage interdisciplinary collaborations and support research initiatives at all levels. By engaging with our team, students become part of an international scientific network through conferences, seminars, and partnerships with research institutions worldwide.
