Meet our scientists from the Chemical Biology Group. The team is investigating neoantigens and proteome from various biological samples (tissue, biofluids, cells, etc.). The scientists from the Chemical Biology Group are involved in projects focused on understanding the MHC peptide processing and presentation mechanisms. The team is currently using Thermo Orbitrap Exploris 480 mass spectrometer which provides high sequencing speed and sensitivity that makes it perfect for identification and quantification of proteins, peptides, and immunopeptidome even in small biological samples.
