Our fluorescence activated cell sorter Aria Fusion with laminar hood has arrived to our new laboratory at Kładki street. This amazing machine equipped in 5 lasers is like a Jedi holding 5 laser swords 🙂, thus it can simultaneously analyze 20 signals from the cells (18 fluorescences + FSSC and SSC parameters).

Installation of the machine lasted 2 days, but the final effect and the happiest Group Leader can be seen on the photos. Aria – welcome to our team!

Purchase was possible due to winning of an Equipment Grant in the amount of 2 711 230 PLN within the Competition for IRAP Laureates carried out within the International Research Agendas programme of the Foundation for Polish Science co-financed by the European Union under the European Regional Development Fund.
