How to attract best talents – Exchange Meeting with NORD University

On February 11, 2026, ICCVS welcomed Dr. Morgane Colleau from Nord University, Norway, one of the SEA-EU Alliance Partners, for a meeting dedicated to research support, international funding opportunities, and the exchange of best practices in research management. Discussions focused particularly on the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) programme and the role of host institutions in attracting, supporting, and retaining talented researchers from around the world. Dr Colleau shared insights from previous calls and a range of useful practical advice from her past experience in this area.

The meeting brought together members of the ICCVS Research Support Group, led by Izabela Raszczyk, together with Dominika Butkiewicz, Zuzanna Gulmontowicz, Anna Mazanek, Anna Krajewska, dr Marta Borecka, and dr Krzysztof Kubiak, highlighting the Center’s ongoing commitment to building a strong, researcher-oriented support ecosystem for international scientific collaboration and career development.

The exchange provided an opportunity to discuss strategies for strengthening ICCVS’s visibility as a competitive and internationally connected research environment – one that not only delivers high-quality science, but also actively supports researchers throughout the entire grant development and project implementation process.
