Funding for maintaining key research equipment

We’re excited to share that the Ministry of Science and Higher Education has awarded us PLN 1,367,729 to support the maintenance of our crucial research equipment over the next three years. This funding will help us keep our advanced LC/MS equipment in top condition.

Maintaining the UltiMate 3000 RSLCnano system coupled with Orbitrap Exploris™ 480 mass spectrometer (MS) tandem mass analyzer with quadrupole and Fourier detection is essential for our work in developing new cancer diagnostics, neoantigen and peptide biomarker discovery and research into immunotherapies. This equipment supports crucial research that leads to innovative diagnostic tools and treatment methods, and it plays a significant role in both national and international scientific collaborations. This funding ensures we can continue to make progress in these key areas.

The successful application has been coordinated by dr Wioleta Domańska-Babul from the ICCVS Research Support Team and dr Sachin Kote, leader of the Clinical Peptidomics Group.

Congratulations to the successful Team!
